Friday

4pm: Arrive and settle into your hut.

6:15pm: Dinner.

Evening: Spend time by the fire pit or retreat for an early night.

Saturday

8am: Breakfast. 

10am: Spend a couple of hours in the hilltop town of Shaftesbury, famous for Gold Hill. Enjoy the benefits of an infrared sauna at a local skin spa. You will be dropped off and given the option to enjoy a pretty 45 minute walk home or be met. This is optional, you can rest or go for a walk.

12:30pm: Lunch.

2pm: 60 minute private health review with Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist Jo, this involves food diary and lifestyle analysis with generalised nutrition and lifestyle advice, Bach Flower essences. A short health questionnaire will be sent prior to your stay, with a 20 minute followup call 3 weeks after departure.

4pm: Herbal infusion.

6:15pm: Dinner.

7:30pm: Fireside Cacao and talk, Sleep hygiene.

Sunday

8am: Breakfast. 

9:30am: Relax for an hour enjoying the therapeutic benefits of a castor oil compress, a natural remedy that's been used for thousands of years.

12:30pm: Lunch.

Afternoon walk or time to rest.

4pm: Herbal infusion.

6:15pm: Dinner.

7:30pm: Fireside Cacao and talk.

Monday

8am: Breakfast. 

10am: Departure.
