CLEANLINESS, HYGIENE and SOCIAL DISTANCING during your stay.

We have introduced extra cleaning measures, including fogging, and taken every precaution to minimise the risks during your stay, whilst ensuring you are still able to enjoy your break. We have always achieved high cleanliness and have adapted our cleaning protocol where applicable to our shepherd's huts accommodation. We are allowing extra time for airing by asking guests to depart promptly at 10am. The hut/s will be open from 4pm on the day of your arrival and is self-checkin. We will keep our distance from you during your stay. The washroom and toilet are for your sole use. Please bear in mind that the mill yard and environs are a working area and employees will be going about their work.

If you need to cancel your booking with us due to measures not allowing travel or if the accommodation is not provided for any reason then we will offer either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to a later date.

Please do not travel if you, or anyone in your household or bubble, are showing any signs of COVID-19 (high temperature; a new continuous cough; loss or change to sense of taste or smell) or have been in contact, in the last 14 days, with someone who has been diagnosed with or suspected of having COVID-19 or been contacted by the NHS Test and Trace team.

ELECTROX sterilising water.

We are fogging our huts with Electrox water (containing 99.46% water, 0.5% sodium chloride, 0.03% hypochlorous acid and <0.01% other trace components) which kills the same germs and bacteria that regular household disinfectants do, faster, more efficiently and without all the harsh chemicals.

NHS Test and TRACE.

From 14 September 2020 there is a requirement for businesses to collect guest data to support the NHS Test and Trace system and to keep your data for 21 days. This is the name/contact number of the ‘lead’ person in your party. We will process your data in a manner which is compliant with GDPR and protects your privacy. This is purely voluntary and you can choose to opt out. If this is the case please advise us and we will not share your details for ‘Test and Trace’ purposes. We welcome you, whatever your personal health choices are.
